This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) forNaval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC) 2.1 Territorial Integrity of the United States (TITUS).
This solicitation represents the Government’s assessment to integrate additional contractors into the Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC) in accordance with N0002324R0001 WEXMAC Section H.1 ROLLING ADMISSIONS AND REMOVALS:
H.1.1 The Government retains the discretion to evaluate the necessity and benefits of initiating new competitions with the intent to incorporate additional contractors into the WEXMAC. This evaluation will consider several factors, including, but not limited to, the task order competition, task order costs, and adjustments to the maximum contract value. Should this assessment reveal that integrating additional contractors serves the Government's best interest, the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) is authorized to announce a new competition for such inclusion.
This rolling admission and new competition is named Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC) 2.1 Territorial Integrity of the United States (TITUS).
Questions in response to this RFP are due no later than July 18, 2025 at 1000 Eastern Time. Questions received after this time shall not be considered.
Proposals are due no later than August 8, 2024, at 1000 Eastern Time.
