- Compliance with the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) Permit Number NJ0023540 and other Federal, state, and local regulations.
- Extensive reporting and record-keeping requirements, including Monthly DMRs, Annual/Semi-Annual WCRs, and maintaining records for 5 years.
