It is anticipated that most of the work will occur in Washington State. Projects on this MACC are Design-Bid-Build (DBB) and Design-Build (DB). This solicitation is open to all business concerns. Large businesses are advised that an acceptable small business subcontracting plan is required. The Not-To-Exceed total value of the MACC is $9,000,000,000. The anticipated task order range is $50,000,000 with no maximum task order limit.
