Purpose & Scope
The Government seeks to understand industry capabilities for a follow-on requirement (incumbent: Instrumentacion Analitica, contract N6817122P6063). The work involves annual maintenance, calibration, service, and validation for eight petroleum laboratory instruments from manufacturers like PAC, Seta Analytics, Cannon Instrument Company, and ISL. Services include visual inspection, cleaning, electronic and mechanical parameter verification, calibration, and minor repairs, all in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) established requirements. Contractor personnel must be OEM certified technicians.
Anticipated Contract Details
The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single-award contract with a one-year base period and four additional one-year option periods. Services are required once annually per asset. The applicable NAICS code is 811210 (Maintenance, Repair And Rebuilding Of Equipment: Instruments And Laboratory Equipment) with a small business size standard of $34 million.

- Section 1: Corporate Description – Firm name, size status (and NAICS registration), ownership, all small business socioeconomic program certifications (8(a), WOSB/EDWOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB), two points of contact, CAGE Code, UEI, and DUNS Number.
- Section 2: Ability to Perform – A description of the firm's ability to perform the tasks in the Statement of Work, specifically demonstrating the availability of OEM certified technicians for each manufactured item to be serviced.
