Scope of Work
The contractor will provide full-spectrum warehouse support, including:
- Program Management: Contractor PM acts as the primary liaison, ensuring timely deliverables and personnel management.
- General Warehouse Operations: Receiving, shipping, storage, picking, disposal, kitting, inventory, and quality control of general and specialized materials.
- Civil Engineering Equipment (CEE) Support: Maintenance, inspection, repair, and management of Civil Engineer Support Equipment (CESE), Civil Engineer End Items (CEEI), Configurable Shelters, Containers, and Expeditionary Tool Kits. A key performance metric requires 95% of monthly scheduled CEE work orders to be in a ready-for-issue status.
- Specialized Support: Biomedical Equipment inspection/maintenance, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) lifecycle management, shelf-life material management, safety and occupational health compliance, and Contractor Material Request (CMR) support.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Contemplated as Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF).
- Period of Performance: A base period from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2026, with four (4) one-year option periods, potentially extending services up to December 2031.
- Place of Performance: Naval Medical Readiness Logistics Command, Cheatham Annex (CAX), Williamsburg, VA, specifically in buildings 565, 504, 115, 117, CAD 7, and CAD 30.
