This procurement is for the manufacture and delivery of Shoe, Dress, Oxford (Navy, Men’s & Women’s), identified by PGCs 02450 & 02451, and NSNs 8430-01-456-0156 (Men's) / 8435-01-456-1526 (Women's). The shoes must be produced in accordance with NCTRF PD 13-98B and 13-98A. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ.

Evaluation
Award will be based on a Best Value Trade Off using an integrated assessment of technical factors and price. Technical factors include Product Demonstration Model (PDM), Past Performance Confidence Assessment (PPCA), and Small Business Participation. The Government intends to make one (1) award.

Solicitations and amendments will be posted on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/), and proposals must be submitted electronically through DIBBS. Foreign Content restrictions apply, requiring all items and materials to be 100% U.S. made, in accordance with the Berry Amendment and DFARS clauses. FAR Part 12 will be used for this acquisition.
