- Chassis Cab: JP8 compatible engines, automatic transmission, dual steering controls, and safety features.
- Hopper: 6 cubic yard stainless steel, dual poly-bristled gutter brooms, dust control system, and water system.
- Ancillary Power: Hydraulics, wandering hose, turbine fins, and magnetic pick-up attachment.

- Air Transportability: Must meet requirements for air transport via C-17 and C-5 aircraft, including ATTLA certification.
