  • Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on the lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding acceptability standards.
  • Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) prior to submission.
  • Acknowledgement: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of the amendment.
