Eligibility & Submission Requirements

- SAM Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission.

- Required Information: Quotes must include FOB (Destination preferred), Shipping Cost, IUID Labeling cost, Tax ID, UEID, Cage Code, Small Business status, Estimated Delivery Date, and Total Amount. Vendors must also provide responses to Fill In clauses from Section K and sufficient technical information (e.g., data sheet, drawing, specification).
Evaluation
Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of an RFQ meeting or exceeding acceptability standards. Quotes will be evaluated solely on the information provided.
