Quick Summary

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) is soliciting responses for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Manufacturing Commodity to support various Naval operations. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity, with vendors being added on a rolling basis.

Purpose & Scope

NAWCAD WOLF aims to establish multiple BPAs to facilitate the expeditious procurement of manufacturing requirements. These BPAs will support programs in Information Systems, Unmanned Systems, Cyber Security/Warfare, Combat Systems, and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I). This streamlined approach allows for acquiring supplies and services on an as-needed basis from qualified sources. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed $9 million.
