This streamlined approach allows for acquiring supplies and services on an as-needed basis from qualified sources. Individual call orders under these BPAs will not exceed $9 million.

Submission Requirements
Interested parties must provide:
- Cage Code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Numbers (for SAM verification)
- A capabilities statement detailing the company's primary business practice/trade and whether it is a manufacturer or supplier/distributor.
- Indication of which commodities they are requesting inclusion in.
- A copy of their current, approved DD Form 2345 (for Export Control Laws; optional for BPA issuance but required for receiving drawings).
- Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level Requirements apply.
Submission & Evaluation
- Submission Deadline: Within 90 days after the posting date (August 26, 2026, 04:00 PM EST). Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis throughout the BPA commodity program's lifetime.
