• Technical Data Access: The technical data is export-controlled (ITAR). To receive the package, companies must be CMMC Level 2 Self Certified, have completed DD Form 2345, and be certified under the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in active status.
• Cybersecurity: Offerors must have current CMMC Level 2 (Self) status and continuous compliance affirmation in SPRS for information systems processing FCI or CUI.
• Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

• Required Information: Quotes must include technical information (data sheet, drawing, specification), responses to Section K clauses, FOB (Destination preferred), Shipping Cost, IUID Labeling cost, Tax ID#, UEID#, Cage Code, Small Business status, Estimated Delivery Date, Pricelist (if available), and Total Amount.
• Evaluation: Award will be made to the offeror with the lowest evaluated price among proposals meeting or exceeding acceptability standards. Initial offers should represent the vendor's best quote.
