Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the repair of four specific Bandpass Filters (P/N: 401175, S/N: 21486, 44380, 44309, 46002) for the AN/SPN-43C radar system. The repair process includes replacing various components (e.g., braze assembly, pressure gauge, plug valve, pressure switch, adapter flanges, connector, tuning screws, seal caps), testing RF performance and pressure seal, charging with dielectric gas (SF6), repainting, applying new markings, supporting source inspection, and supplying MIL-SPEC packaging. The objective is to complete repairs within 12 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). The government will provide the filters as Government-Furnished Property (GFP).

Submission & Evaluation
This is an intent to sole source; however, the Government will consider all quotes received by the deadline to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted. A determination not to compete is at the sole discretion of the Government. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Responses should include: FOB (Destination preferred), Shipping Cost (if applicable to 20684-4013), IUID Labeling (if applicable), Tax ID#, Unique Entity ID#, Cage Code, Small Business status (Yes/No), Estimated Delivery Date, and a Pricelist (if available). Required deliverables include an Acceptance Test Report (A001) and a Certificate of Conformance (A002).
