Evaluation & Submission
The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Diamond Antenna & Microwave Corp., the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond or submit proposals. All proposals received by the deadline will be considered, but this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete is solely at the Government's discretion.
Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV and, if not the OEM, must be an authorized distributor of Diamond Antenna & Microwave Corp. and provide supporting documentation. Initial offers should represent the best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Responses must be emailed to Gabrielle McKee (Gabrielle.l.mckee2.civ@us.navy.mil) and include: FOB, Shipping Cost, IUID Labeling Cost, Tax ID#, UEID#, Cage Code, Small Business status, Estimated Delivery Date, Pricelist (if available), and Total Amount.
