Eligibility & Submission
This is an intent to sole source with Kaeser Compressors INC. Offerors must be authorized distributors of Kaeser Compressors INC. (the OEM) and provide documentation to be considered. All vendors must be registered in SAM.gov prior to submission. Proposals/quotes, representing the vendor's best offer in terms of price and technical acceptability, must be submitted via email to Jaclyn Porter (jaclyn.l.porter.civ@us.navy.mil). Evaluation

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract, based on responses, is solely within its discretion.
