Eligibility & Submission
This is an intent to sole source with Turnitin. Vendors must be Turnitin authorized distributors who are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and provide an official Letter of Authorization (LOA) from Turnitin to be considered. Quotes/responses must be submitted via email to Jaclyn Porter (jaclyn.l.porter.civ@us.navy.mil). Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Required information includes: FOB, shipping cost, IUID labeling cost, Tax ID, UEID, Cage Code, Small Business status, Estimated Delivery Date, Total Amount, and a copy of any pricelist.
Evaluation
