The vendor must provide delivery, installation, and startup by a qualified technician, along with training for personnel. A two (2) year manufacturer's warranty covering major components is required. Additionally, a Service Manual, illustrated installation instruction manual, complete drawing package, and hardware must be provided at delivery.
