Eligibility & Submission
This is an intent to sole source with Trident Precision Manufacturing, Inc. Vendors must be authorized distributors of Trident Precision Manufacturing, Inc. (the OEM) and provide supporting documentation to be considered. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov. Submissions, including quotes/responses and capability statements, must be sent via email to Gabrielle McKee at Gabrielle.l.mckee2.civ@us.navy.mil. Required information for responses includes FOB, shipping cost, IUID labeling cost, Tax ID, UEID, Cage Code, Small Business status, estimated delivery date, pricelist (if applicable), and total amount.

Inspection and acceptance will occur upon receipt at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division in St. Inigoes, MD. Payment requests and receiving reports are to be submitted through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, and the Government's decision on competition is at its sole discretion.
