Scope of Work (Based on DRAFT SOW)

The requirement is for comprehensive business intelligence platforms to translate operational data into command-level assets for the NAWCAD WOLF IC2&IS Division. Key areas include:

• Development & Maintenance: Business Intelligence work activities, analytical applications, and data engineering services.
• Modernization: Support for new and existing BI activities, integrating customized software and commercial products using agile methodologies.
• Advanced Analytics: On-demand data science capabilities and development of AI/ML models for enterprise decision advantage.
• Cybersecurity: Defining, designing, and implementing NIST security controls.
• Data Management: Creation of data products accessible via APIs and leveraging master data management tools.

Performance & Place of Performance

• Deliverables: Monthly progress/financial reports, contractor personnel rosters, work schedules, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), design review participation, and technical direction letters (TDLs).
• Location: Approximately XX% at a Government site, 100% at the contractor site. Contractor facilities must be within 100 miles of NAWCAD WOLF, St. Inigoes, MD. Telework and remote work options are available.

Special Requirements

• Personnel Clearances: Minimum interim Secret clearances required within 60 days of award.
• Labor Categories: Specific education, experience, and certifications for roles like Computer Systems Analysts, Data Scientists, Database Architects, and Information Security Analysts.
• Compliance: Adherence to cybersecurity requirements (CUI handling, NIST), Operations Security (OPSEC), Antiterrorism Force Protection, Emergency Management, and OCI/NDA certification.
