Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all personnel and services for planning, coordinating, and overseeing religious education activities, including programs for children, young adults, and small groups. This role strengthens the moral, spiritual, and interpersonal relationships of service members and their families. The workload is Not-to-Exceed (NTE) 1100 hours annually, with a maximum of 20 hours per week, allowing for increased hours during high-activity seasons like Easter, Christmas, and Vacation Bible School (estimated 25-40 hours during these weeks, included in the NTE total). The DRE is expected to be available at the worksite on Sundays.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Candidates must have at least two years of DRE experience, a high school education, knowledge of Christian scripture, and a letter of good standing from a church overseer. Fluency in English, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media, and basic inventory/accounting knowledge are required. A thorough Criminal History Background Check is mandatory.
