This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. It serves as the only solicitation, and proposals are being requested. • Offerors must meet or exceed the attached specifications.

• Award will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).

• The period of performance is implied by the delivery date.

• Quotes must be transmitted via email to carter_duke@fws.gov no later than 10:00 AM EDST on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.

• Quotes must be on official business letterhead.

• Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Offerors must include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer.

• The anticipated award date is 1 day after the close of this announcement.

• Total Small Business Set-Aside.

• This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
