- Contract Vehicles: Information on existing Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) or IDIQ contracts relevant to nuclear command & control or secure nuclear communications, including associated NAICS codes.
- Business Size: Self-certification of business size (small or large) for each identified NAICS code.
Responses must be UNCLASSIFIED, contain no proprietary information, and adhere strictly to the questionnaire's preformatted fields. Responses outside the attached questionnaire will not be considered.
