Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to apply NCC coating to specific connector inserts (M24231/1, M24231/2, M24231/3, M24231/4, M24231/23, M24231/7, and M24231/8). The coating must be applied in accordance with NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-30_MLDG Rev. 03 prior to final encapsulation. The Government will provide the connector inserts.

Special Requirements & Deliverables
- Authorized Vendor: Offerors must be listed as an authorized vendor in NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-30_MLDG Rev. 03. Currently, only A&A Company and Thermal Spray Solutions (DBA Kymera International) are listed.
- Quality Control: The contractor must develop and maintain an effective quality control program. Performance will be evaluated against a "Zero deviation from Manual" standard.
- Mandatory Deliverable: A "CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE/CONFORMANCE" (CDRL DI-MISC-81356A) is required, to be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) e-Business Suite, with acceptance occurring with the corresponding material.
