Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for providing Non-Conductive Ceramic (NCC) Coating services for MILSPEC Connector inserts. The goal is to ensure these connectors are coated in accordance with specific NAVSEA standards, addressing a deficiency in the current stock system.

• The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to perform NCC Coating services.

• The contractor will apply NCC coating to Government-furnished connector inserts.

• Specific connector part numbers requiring coating include M24231/1, M24231/2, M24231/3, M24231/4, M24231/23, M24231/7, and M24231/8.

• The coating must be applied in accordance with NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-30_MLDG Rev. 03.

• The contractor must develop and maintain an effective quality control (QC) program to ensure services meet PWS requirements.

• The government will evaluate contractor performance using a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
