The FNLCR is a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC).
Scope of Work
Leidos Biomed seeks a digital solution to enhance process efficiency at the FNLCR Materials Management receiving dock and internal delivery operations. The scope includes:
- Assessment and review of current receiving processes.
- Design, planning, installation, and configuration of software solutions to meet FNL/Leidos Biomed’s use cases and business requirements.
- End-user, system administrator, and system owner training.
- Go-Live and operational support services. Objectives include minimizing delivery errors, staging congestion, and dock backlogs, while improving transparency, accountability, productivity, and efficiency in materials receipt, internal delivery, and return processing.
Key Requirements / Deliverables
The desired solution is a state-of-the-art enterprise-level system featuring mobile barcode scanning, label printing, digital driver delivery queue tracking, digital signatures, and real-time status visibility. Key deliverables include a Project Plan, Meeting Minutes, Bi-weekly Status Reports, Technical/Solution deliverables (e.g., Requirements Traceability Matrix, Configuration/Design Document, Architecture Blueprints), UAT Test Plan and Scripts, Proof of Concept demonstration, fully configured environments, Final Test Report, Training Plan and Schedule, and a Final Report.

- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.
