Scope of Work

Special Requirements
Contractor personnel, including subcontractors, must possess and maintain a valid TOP SECRET security clearance at the time of quote submission. Personnel must be eligible and adjudicated to the Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) level at contract start. Compliance with SECNAV M-5239.2 and DoD Industrial Security Manual (DoD 5220.22M) is required. The contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies.
