Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials (excluding replacement parts), equipment, and supervision for the effective operation and maintenance of the LMRP Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and associated infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily operations: Monitoring, log maintenance, preventative and corrective maintenance.
  • Water quality: Ensuring cleanliness and clarity of the reflecting pool.
  • System maintenance: Operating and maintaining mechanical, electronic, and control systems; performing manual cleaning of filters, skimmers, and pool components.
  • Special tasks: Assisting with annual comprehensive pool cleaning (Feb-Mar), performing annual pressure tests, daily manual debris removal, and monthly coping stone pressure washing.
  • Emergency response: Responding to emergencies within 2 hours and routine requirements within 8 hours.
  • Reporting: Providing monthly reports and maintaining electronic logs.
