The scope of this project is to widen, and pave 7th Street NE from 5th Avenue NE (CMC 4211) through Hoffer Lake Park.  Project will be advertised as Schedule A: From 5th Avenue NE 1.06 mile west through Hoffer Lake Park ending at the north part of the curve where future camping area expansion is planned.
