This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the UTES (Unit Training Equipment System) for the North Dakota National Guard. It serves as a request for quote (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The requirement is for Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing, with NAICS code 333414. This requirement is set aside for Small Business.

• Procurement of Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing.

• The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01.

• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering price, shipping, technical capability, and other factors.

• Evaluation factors include price and technical capability. All evaluation factors other than cost or price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price.

• Offerors may use the attached RFQ or their preferred documents to submit their offer.

• Quotes are due by 3:00 pm CST on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

• All offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award.
