This document is a Recommendation and Determination to solicit from one source or brand name for the renewal of Nearmap software. NASA Shared Services Center recommends negotiating with vendors who can provide the Nearmap brand name.

• Renewal of Nearmap software subscription.

• Nearmap software must capture 3" or better resolution imagery at least twice per year.

• Nearmap must maintain a catalog of imagery and 3D products covering the majority of NASA's Centers and field sites.

• The estimated period of performance is from 01/25/2026 to 01/24/2027.

• This is a sole source recommendation, indicating no set-aside is applicable.
