• Provide Custodial and Grounds Care Services as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

• Services include custodial and janitorial tasks.

• Pricing Guarantee: Quoters must guarantee pricing for 60 days from the solicitation closing date.

• Submission Instructions: Quotes must be in the order detailed in the solicitation. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

• Required Documents: Checklist for quote submittal, signed SF18, completed Price Schedule, completed Contractor Core Data, detailed equipment specifications for "or equal" items, and completed provisions.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous, considering the following factors:

  1. Technical capability and relevant experience.
  2. Past Performance (at least three successfully completed projects within the last 5 years).
  3. Price. Technical and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to price.

• Total Small Business set-aside.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This document outlines the requirements for providing complete custodial and grounds care services for the Nez Perce National Historical Park.

• Locations: Services are required at three sites: Canoe Camp (Orofino, ID), Heart of the Monster (Kamiah, ID), and White Bird Battlefield (White Bird, ID).

• Contractor Responsibilities: The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for the services.

• Custodial Services: Includes routine cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking of public restrooms, sweeping/mopping floors, and minor unclogging of fixtures. Trash removal and disposal from all sites are also the contractor's responsibility.

• Water is only available on-site at Canoe Camp; the contractor must transport water to other locations as needed.
