Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide lodging services for the Lebanese Command and Staff College Training Program 01-26, hosted by the Near East South Asia Center (NESA) for Strategic Studies.

• Provide accommodations for approximately 26 individuals.

• Include 12 United States Government (USG)-funded double rooms and 2 USG-funded single rooms.

• Ensure rooms are comparable in size and type, with workspace, desk, drawers, free high-speed internet, refrigerator, microwave, and secure safe.

• Include a hot breakfast buffet in the room rate.

• Provide full-service restaurant dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with additional nearby restaurant options.

• Ensure no pork or alcohol in food, with chicken as a substitute for pork. Pork products must be separated and labeled.

• Provide public area for group meetings of up to 10 participants.

• Provide on-site laundry facilities with working washers and dryers.

• Lodging must be within 0.5 miles of the Pentagon and 0.7 miles walking distance of an in-service metro station, or provide shuttle service.

• Facilities must be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

• Hotel must confirm availability and hold "Self-pay" rooms at a group rate until one week prior to scheduled arrival.
