Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide non-personal transportation services for the Near East South Asia Center's (NESA) Senior Executive Forum 01-26 (CT-01).

• Provide transportation services for a five-day professional program (February 9 – 13, 2026) in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Virginia areas.

• Utilize a GPS system for accurate navigation.

• Provide experienced, licensed drivers familiar with the D.C. and Virginia metropolitan areas.

• Provide one (1) charter bus for up to 55 passengers.

• Transport attendees from designated hotel/lodging to the NESA Center or designated offsite venue, and return.

• Provide a driver's assignment sheet including driver's name, social security number, driver's license number, and contact number.

• Performance is acceptable when all tasks are performed (95% Satisfactory, 97% Very Good, 99% Excellent).

• Experienced drivers familiar with the area are required (95% Satisfactory, 97% Very Good, 99% Excellent).

• Driver assignment sheets must be provided meeting specific requirements (94%/7 days Satisfactory, 96%/6 days Very Good, 98%/5 days Excellent).

• Surveillance methods include 100% inspection.

• Period of Performance: February 9 – 13, 2026 (5 days).

• Place of Performance: Metropolitan Washington, D.C., and Virginia areas, including designated offsite locations.
