This pre-solicitation notice is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.203 to satisfy the requirement to issue a 15-day public notification prior to the issuance of solicitation (HC102126R0001) for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Network Services – AFRICOM CENTCOM EUCOM (NS-ACE) requirement.
This DISA pre-solicitation notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. It does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government. Responses received in response to this pre-solicitation notice are not offers and will not be accepted. A formal Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 31 January 2025, and will remain open for 30 to 45 calendar days. Information contained within this pre-solicitation notice is subject to change.
Description: The NS-ACE MAC IDIQ, which will replace the current Global Network Services (GNS) contract (HC1013-16-D-0001, HC1013-16-D-0002, HC1013-16-D-0003, HC1013-16-D-0004, HC1013-16-D-0005, HC1013-16-D-0006, HC1013-16-D-0007, HC1013-16-D-0008), will provide capabilities essential to the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) via Task Orders (TOs) for the United States Africa Command (AFRICOM)/ United States Central Command (CENTCOM)/ United States European Command (EUCOM) Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
