Quick Summary

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District is conducting a Sources Sought for a new Environmental Architect-Engineering (A-E) Multiple-Award Task-Order Contract (MATOC) in Germany. This MATOC will have an ordering capacity of $30,000,000 and is a follow-on to the current Bavaria A-E MATOC, expanding its area of responsibility to include locations like Grafenwöhr, Vilseck, and Hohenfels. Responses are due by 11:00 HRS CEST on February 16, 2026.

Purpose & Scope

This market research aims to identify qualified firms capable of providing professional and non-professional environmental engineering services. These services will support USACE in executing various U.S. military and environmental programs, specifically by providing environmental data necessary for the design, planning, and permitting processes of construction projects across the expanded German operational area.

Contract Details

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only; it is not a Request for Proposal or a commitment to issue a solicitation or make awards. The anticipated MATOC will have a $30,000,000 ordering capacity, with awards projected for September 2026. No set-aside designation has been specified at this market research stage. The Product Service Code is C219 (Other Architect And Engineering Services).

  • Information on any constraints USACE should be aware of for acquisition planning and contract execution.
