The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for supply, delivery and installation of new office furniture for workspaces at the U.S. Embassy Paris.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference on site. The pre-proposal conference will be held on November 24, 2025, at 9:00am (Paris, France time). Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Hélène Tanqueray at Pariscontracting@state.gov by November 21, 2025, at 11:00am for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register at the earliest stage.
