Assembly requires no lubricant between the hose ID and end fitting, with water-soluble lubricant used during swaging. Proof testing to 10,000 psig for 1-5 minutes with no leakage is required, and test reports must be provided.
• 20 EACH of 1/4" Thermoplastic 100R8 HOSE (3ft length). These hoses must also be rated for up to 5000 PSI service, feature two (2) 316 Stainless Steel (SS) #4 Female O-Ring Face Seal fittings. Assembly and testing requirements are identical to the 6ft length hoses.
