Submission & Evaluation

• Bids must be sealed and marked with the offeror's name, address, solicitation number, and due date/time.
• An offer guarantee is required.
• Offers providing less than 60 calendar days for Government acceptance will be rejected.
• Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible bidder presenting the lowest priced responsive bid, considering base and option items.
• A pre-award survey will be required for the apparent low bidder.
• Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and agree to the "Certification of Non-segregated Facilities."
