Statement of Objective (SOO)

This document outlines the requirements for constructing a new 120ft tower at Shaw AFB, Poinsett Range. The objective is to replace an existing structure, increase coverage, and reduce dead spots.

• Installation of a new 120ft self-supporting tower with an ice bridge.
