Scope of Work

The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance services for one Colenta X-ray Film Processor, model M43IC. Key services include:

  • Preventative Maintenance (PM): Monthly services (up to 12 times annually) performed by a trained Field Service Technician (FST) in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. This includes cleaning, inspection, adjustment, and replacement of consumable parts.
  • Emergent Repair: Optional services to address equipment failures beyond routine PM, requiring a quote and contract modification. Repairs must be completed within 120 days of modification.
  • Material: Optional Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for providing approved parts needed for repairs or maintenance.
  • Over and Above Services: Optional services for work beyond normal requirements, subject to Contracting Officer approval. After each PM service, the FST must provide a Field Service Report (FSR) detailing work performed, time spent, and recommended parts/services. Any additional services or discrepancies require notification to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and Contracting Officer via email, along with a quote.
