Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive maintenance services for one Colenta X-ray Film Processor, model M43IC. Key services include:
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Monthly services (up to 12 times annually) performed by a trained Field Service Technician (FST) in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. This includes cleaning, inspection, adjustment, and replacement of consumable parts.
- Emergent Repair: Optional services to address equipment failures beyond routine PM, requiring a quote and contract modification. Repairs must be completed within 120 days of modification.
- Material: Optional Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for providing approved parts needed for repairs or maintenance.
- Over and Above Services: Optional services for work beyond normal requirements, subject to Contracting Officer approval. After each PM service, the FST must provide a Field Service Report (FSR) detailing work performed, time spent, and recommended parts/services. Any additional services or discrepancies require notification to the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) and Contracting Officer via email, along with a quote.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed "on-site" at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW), Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI), San Diego, CA 92135-7058. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 0600 to 1430, excluding Federal Holidays, unless otherwise coordinated.

Contractor personnel require base access, involving coordination for SECNAV Form 5512/1, FRCSW Form 5512/5, DBIDS cards, and visitor badges. If processing, storing, or transmitting Federal Contract Information (FCI), the contractor must achieve and maintain CMMC Level 1 or above. Electronic invoicing via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) is required.
