Justification
This acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR Part 6.302-1, citing "only one responsible source." RCI is deemed the only responsible source because the AN/ARC-210(V) electronic protection radio systems and associated support equipment are commercial products, and RCI will not provide the technical data necessary for competitive procurement or support by other sources.
