Statement of Work (SOW)

To obtain parking services for the ATF-Newark Field Office.

• Provide 6 reserved parking spaces for government and personally owned vehicles.

• Spaces must be standard size (L18' x W10’6").

• Facility must be located within a two-block radius of the Newark FO (50 Walnut St., #4015, Newark, NJ 07102).

• Provide 24/7 access to the parking facility.

• Implement controlled access via electronically controlled keypad and/or key-card reader at entry points (vehicle gate and pedestrian doors).

• Ensure parking garage and all access points are illuminated to a minimum of 10 foot-candle level.

• Provide 24/7 video surveillance.

• Base Period: Time of award to March 31, 2027.

• Option Periods: Four (4) 12-month options from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2031.

• Contracting Officer (CO)/Contract Specialist (CO/CS) is authorized to approve changes to contract terms, conditions, schedules, requirements, or price.

• Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) will monitor technical aspects, perform inspections, communicate with the contractor, and report deficiencies. A letter of designation will be issued for the COTR.
