Evaluation

Important Clarifications & Notes

- Contractors are solely responsible for securing, hosting, and funding all necessary AI infrastructure, models, inference capabilities, and content licensing. All associated costs must be fully burdened within the FFP quote, with no Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) clause.
