- Scanning and Image Processing: Scan all newspaper surfaces at a minimum of 300 dpi in full color. Create Archival Master Files (Uncompressed TIFF), Access Files (High-quality JPEG), and Searchable Document Files (multi-page, searchable PDF/A with OCR) for each scanned page.
- Project Management and Reporting: Provide a single point of contact and deliver monthly status reports.
- Delivery of Digital and Physical Assets: Deliver the complete digital collection on five separate external hard drives and securely return all original newspaper volumes in their original archival boxes.
