Scope of Work
NEXCOM is seeking contractors for a broad range of construction activities, from minor renovations to complete facility construction, at Navy installations worldwide. The scope includes, but is not limited to:
- General construction management, supervision, scheduling, and quality control.
- Civil, site, and utility construction (earthwork, paving, drainage, utilities).
- Structural construction (concrete, masonry, steel, foundations).
- Architectural work (building envelope, roofing, interior build-out, finishes).
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Fire protection, life safety, and environmental construction.
- Specialty and low-voltage systems (security, communications, fire alarm).
- Compliance with building codes, federal, DoD, and installation-specific standards, including Antiterrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) requirements.
