• Quotes shall be good for 30 days.

• Offers sent beyond the deadline will not be considered.

• Delivery of items must be 90 days after receipt of order or less.

• Award will be based on the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer.

• Technical acceptability is determined by meeting the characteristics detailed in the Salient Characteristics (Attachment 1).

• This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
