These professionals will support the Behavioral Science Team (BST) in deterring, detecting, and mitigating insider risks to NGA's mission, personnel, facilities, and systems. The RFI aims to assess market competition for the requirements outlined in the NGA Insider Threat Office Behavioral Science Team Statement of Work (SIIB II). Scope of Work
The contractor will provide non-personal services, technical and management support, personnel, and supervision for the BST. Key activities include:
- Consultation: Expert national security psychology consultation on potential threats, including case consultation, direct/indirect assessments, and organizational consultation.
- Training & Education (T&E): Educating stakeholders on behavioral science and national security psychology.
- Research & Development (R&D): Advancing counter insider threat and national security psychology through research.
- Liaison: Building collaborative relationships with other national security professionals.
- Routine Administrative Functions and Maintaining Licensure.
Key Requirements
Personnel must possess:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as an operational, national security, forensic, personnel, police, military, and/or corrections psychologist.
- A Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- A full, current, unrestricted license to practice clinical psychology.
- A Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) at the time of proposal submission.
- Willingness to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph.
- Desired experience includes counter insider threat methodologies, forensic psychology, police/public safety evaluations, and intelligence community settings.
