A sources sought notice / request for information (RFI) for the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Foreign Materiel Exploitation (FME) Program has been released on the classified National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Acquisition Research Center (ARC) website. RFI questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 PM EST on 30 JAN 2026. Responses to the RFI shall be submitted electronically by 5:00 PM EST on 19 FEB 2026.
The NGIC FME Program RFI is published for market research purposes. Responses may be considered in developing the U.S. Government's (USG's) acquisition strategy for a subsequent solicitation, if any. This notice is provided for informational purposes ONLY and is NOT a request for proposal (RFP). Proposals will NOT be accepted. Cleared contractors interested in the NGIC FME Program are encouraged to register for access to the classified NRO ARC and monitor the site for additional postings.
