This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on (https://piee.eb.mil).The solicitation number is N40085-25-Q-2507 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms, and conditions as well as applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated purchase order. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-03, effective February 23, 2024. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 611430 and the Size Standard is $15 million employees. The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate as 100% small business set aside. All bids, proposals or quotations received by the closing response date may be considered by the Government.Period of Performance: The anticipated Period of Performance is 01 March 2025 ? 28 February 2026.
