Scope of Work

Concurrently, the existing 415-MNT building and its utilities will be demolished, with materials recycled and disposed of, and the footprint restored to a usable parking area through regrading, paving, and striping. Specific technical requirements include single-mode OS2 fiber optics, 100GBASE-LR4 Ethernet, a FICAM-compliant Physical Access Control System (PACS) utilizing AMAG Technology components, and an HVAC system integrated with Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System (BAS).
