Quick Summary

The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), on behalf of the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC), is soliciting proposals for the NIFC Building 415 Replacement project in Boise, ID. This project involves the construction of a new administrative and service building (320-SGE), the demolition of the existing 415-MNT building, and site restoration. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Proposals are due June 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM MDT.

Scope of Work

The project encompasses the complete construction of the new 320-SGE building, including its structure, foundation, and the installation of all systems such as electrical, grounding, water, plumbing, waste piping, HVAC, communications, and electronic safety and security. Concurrently, the existing 415-MNT building and its utilities will be demolished, with materials recycled and disposed of, and the footprint restored to a usable parking area through regrading, paving, and striping. Specific technical requirements include single-mode OS2 fiber optics, 100GBASE-LR4 Ethernet, a FICAM-compliant Physical Access Control System (PACS) utilizing AMAG Technology components, and an HVAC system integrated with Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System (BAS).
