Scope of Work
NSWC Crane requires Night Vision Goggle Notch Filters for the AN/PVS-31D SBNVG. The initial quantity is 40 each for CLIN 0001, with options for additional quantities of 40 each for CLINs 0002-0005, and 10 each for CLIN 0006. Filters must meet specified performance requirements and be in accordance with the Performance Specification. Initial award and option quantities must maintain the same configuration. Delivery is required FOB Destination NSWC Crane within 30 days after initial award for CLIN 0001, and 30 days after exercise of option for subsequent CLINs. The overall contract duration, including options, shall not exceed one year from the date of award.

Evaluation & Submission
Award will be based on a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. Offers will be assessed on Technical Approach, Delivery, Past Performance (using SPRS, Supplier Risk Report, and Item/Price Risk Report), and Constructive Acceptance (45 days after delivery).
